Whether its a table for one, two, a family or an entire catered party, the Wild Rose is an experience not to be missed! For a bit less formal a steak, visit the Rock Inn Mountain Tavern. Promising live music and honest food, this exceptional venue understates its culinary abilities. The chef is highly accomplished, offering good, quality meals with a flair and style as well. Choose from Flat Iron steak with organic quinoa, a 16 ounce Cowboy Cut Rib Eye, bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon with homemade peppercorn sauce, chicken Marsala, Apple & Gorgonzola stuffing a tender butterflied chicken breast, wild Atlantic Salmon, or Pan Seared Rocky Mountain trout, a 14 ounce marinated and slow-roasted Porterhouse Pork Chop, homemade pasta, served Aglio Olio style, or in Grandma Aldemira's thick Bolognese meat sauce. Yes, you can still get a quick sandwich to go with that outrageously good live music, and even get some french-pressed tea at your table.. but why deny yourself the goodness? While you can get deserts at any of the restaurants, you may decide to indulge in an after-meal snack. Rest assured, there's no shortage of that either. The Shakes Alive! Fresh fruit shakes are unbelievable (and yes, you can grab a quality casual sandwich there as well.
