The New Snowmass Village

The Snowmass Colorado Base Village is undergoing a complete overhaul which will see much of the village completely reconfigured to a new level of luxury, convenience and world class amenities which are designed to astound and please the most demanding winter sports enthusiast and increase the value of the Snowmass Real Estate market.

As construction continues, new and exciting restaurants will be added to the stellar lineup of Ullrhof, Cafe Suzanne, Cirque Bar & Grill, Up 4 Pizza, Gwynes High Alpine, and Two Creeks Mexican Cafes.

There will be a new events plaza that will host ongoing outdoor music concerts, an enormous two storey bar surrounded by patios and decks featuring spectacular scenery, and an expansion to 15,000 square feet in the Capitol Peak Lodge that is dedicated exclusively for conferences, including a new 3,200 square foot facility for meetings and cocktail parties.

The newly redesigned Base Village will also include more than 600 residential units, including many condominiums, a conference hotel and the sumptuous Little Nell Snowmass' 32 luxury suites.

One of the most exhilarating new developments has to be the Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center, a phenomenal new 25,000 square foot facility that provides total care and entertainment programs for children two months old all the way up to 18 years of age. The Center is packed with thrilling features such as aquariums, climbing structures, mobiles, sound systems, reading caves and much more. The offerings for the children will even carry on in the evenings.

Snowmass will also benefit from over $35 million in lodging upgrades including adding 1,000 square feet of meeting space by the Artisan Restaurant at The Stonebridge Inn, a massive interior and exterior renovation project at Woodrun V Townhomes, various upgrades including the addition of two new grotto spas at Laurelwood Condominiums, a massive facelift for The Crestwood Condominium Hotel which includes new swimming and therapy pools, and thorough remodelings of The Snowmass Mountain Chalet, The Woodrun Place Condominiums and Conference Center, and Resortquest.

The New Snowmass Base Village will consolidate Aspen's position at the forefront of the world's finest winter sports desinations.
